- Supporting month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and supporting schedules

- Takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to improve how things are done

You’ll Ideally Bring:

- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation formulas
- Experience using an accounting or ERP system; MYOB experience is highly desirable
- A relevant accounting, bookkeeping or business qualification is desirable

- A hands-on and proactive approach to your work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in getting to the bottom of discrepancies
- The ability to work systematically through historical issues while maintaining accurate ongoing processes
- A commitment to confidentiality, financial integrity and accuracy
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader Finance team
- Experience in the NDIS, disability, healthcare or another service-based environment will be highly regarded
