What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Day of Holiday Magic!)

- Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getaways

- Handling reservations via phone, email and online with a smile

- Assisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries

- Working with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packages

- Creating custom quotes that hit the mark

- Cross-selling and up-selling accommodation, day tours and extras

We'd Love to Hear from You If You...

- Are a confident, friendly communicator especially on the phone





- Have a can-do attitude and love working in a team

- Bring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer service

- Learn quick, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment

- Have previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!)

- Have sales experience or a knack for cross-selling highly desirable!

The Role

- Full-time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am–7pm)

- Based in our Robina office – no remote work, but plenty of team fun!
