At Clavio Consulting we are not a traditional corporate office, and this is not a traditional admin role.

We are a boutique organisational psychology consulting business working across leadership development, psychometric assessment, recruitment, executive coaching and organisational consulting. One day you could be coordinating a psychometric assessment for a global CEO, the next you might be speaking with a dealership production line worker, preparing workshop materials, supporting presentations, or helping keep the engine room of the business moving.

No two days look the same here, and that is exactly how we like it.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking office support across 5 hours per day, 4 days per week.

Hours are adaptable across Monday–Thursday, however this role is not suitable for school hours only.

We are open to:

· One person covering the role (20 hours a week), or

· A job-share arrangement for the right candidates (10 hours each per week or equivalent to 2 half days).

We understand a boutique consulting environment takes time to learn, so hours may begin at a reduced level during onboarding before progressing to approximately 5 hours per day across 4 days per week as confidence and capability develop. With improvements in systems, AI and business efficiency, we need someone who can think ahead, take initiative, solve problems and work autonomously. Some days you may work independently in the office, so we value people who are comfortable taking ownership, backing themselves and operating with maturity and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is part office operations, part client support, part personal assistant, and part “whatever needs doing”. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

· Coordinating psychometric assessments for recruitment and individual or team development

· Managing client communication and stakeholder (distributors, IT, bookkeeper) relationships

· Supporting workshops, reports and presentations

· Diary coordination and administrative support

· Assisting with invoicing,

bill payments, and general business operations

· Supporting the Director with personal and travel arrangements where required

· Helping improve systems, workflows and efficiency

· And yes, taking the bins out, making a cup of tea or loading the dishwasher. We are a small business. No one here is “above” the small things.

What Matters Most:

We care far more about attitude, reliability and client service than a perfect resume. You do not need extensive corporate experience to succeed here. However, you do need to:

· Be reliable, loyal and consistent

· Have experience working in customer or client service

· Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

· Be confident working alone/independently (some days you will be on your own!)

· Be highly organised and tech savvy

· Interest through work or study in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, with a genuine interest in consulting work

· Be comfortable using technology, AI tools and learning recent systems quickly

· Genuinely enjoy helping people and delivering outstanding service.

Nice to Haves:

· Experience with Canva and/or other presentation tools

· MYOB experience (training provided)

· Experience with Genesys PsyTech Platform (training provided)

Steps to Apply:

We know AI can produce a polished Cover Letter in seconds, so we are less interested in perfection on paper and far more interested in authenticity, attitude and self-awareness.

Please submit:

· Your resume, and

· Two concise, genuine paragraphs outlining the two qualities you believe you would bring to this role and why.

We are not looking for rehearsed corporate answers. We want to understand how you think, how you approach work, and what genuinely drives you.

Please apply via Seek and submit your CV and Two Written Paragraphs to:
? *****@organisationalpsych.com.au

For a confidential discussion, please contact Jacinta Speranza on (08) 8224 0***.

· Applications close on Wednesday 16th September 2026

· In-Person Interviews for shortlisted candidates to be held in September
