An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful and growing Melbourne-based Buyer’s Agency on a part-time, fully remote basis.

Unlike many Buyer’s Agencies that outsource their property management, our client has made the decision to keep their portfolio in-house, allowing them to provide a seamless service to their investor clients from purchase through to ongoing management.

With a manageable portfolio and a strong focus on service rather than volume, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for genuine flexibility, autonomy and the ability to work entirely from home.

The Role

Working closely with the wider Buyer’s Agency team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the residential investment portfolio, ensuring clients and tenants receive a high level of service.

- Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Conducting and coordinating routine inspections, entries and exits as required
- Preparing relevant notices and documentation
- Managing compliance requirements
- Assisting with leasing and tenant enquiries
- Providing regular updates to investor clients
- Working closely with the Buyer’s Agents as new properties are purchased and transitioned into management

About You

We are looking for someone who is experienced, organised and confident managing their workload independently.





- Previous experience in residential Property Management within Victoria
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Solid organisation and time management skills
- Confidence working autonomously in a remote environment
- Relevant Victorian real estate qualifications/licensing requirements
- A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence where attendance at properties is required
