ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing Residential & Mixed-use team in Sydney.
This is a hands-on position suited to an architect with 6-8 years’ experience, strong residential experience and the ability to take projects through multiple stages from early design through to completion.
You will play an important role in design development, consultant coordination and client engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and direction of the team.

DUTIES

- Lead and contribute to residential and mixed-use projects across multiple stages.
- Develop design concepts and drive design resolution through to documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and manage key project deliverables.
- Engage confidently with clients and project stakeholders.
- Produce and review high-quality construction documentation.




- Support project teams and contribute to the development of junior staff.
- Help ensure projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Architecture degree and relevant professional qualification.
- 6+ years’ architectural experience, ideally within the residential/multi-residential sector.
- Strong design and technical capabilities.
- Proven experience producing construction documentation.
- Practical Revit experience.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and design resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confident working with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
