About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & CRM Coordinator to join our team at our Norwest NSW location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and strengthening customer relationships. The Sales & CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining our CRM systems, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication with clients and the efficient organisation of our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
Manage and follow up all assigned tasks and opportunities within the CRM.
- Ensure all sales opportunities have a clear next action and follow-up date.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and enquiries by phone and email.
- Contact existing prospects to identify upcoming projects and opportunities.
- Prospect for new clients through outbound email and phone campaigns.
- Research and identify new potential clients and decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls to Project Managers, Contracts Administrators, builders and other key contacts.
- Book qualified appointments for the BDM and Sales Manager.
- Follow up appointments and ensure meetings are confirmed.
- Progress opportunities through each stage of the CRM sales pipeline.
- Assist with closing sales by maintaining regular contact with prospects.
- Identify opportunities that require Sales Manager or BDM involvement.
- Send professional sales, introduction and follow-up email campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client and project information within the CRM.
- Ensure no quote, enquiry or sales opportunity becomes inactive without a documented reason.
- Record all calls, emails, appointments and outcomes in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding opportunities and follow-ups.
- Reactivate dormant clients and previous enquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, accurate and up-to-date sales database.
