Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors to the yard professionally.
- Sort and grade various types of scrap metal efficiently.
- Operate machinery safely, including forklifts
- Complete local pickups and deliveries as required.
- Assist with general yard duties and support the broader team as needed.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete digital forms/logs.
- A professional, presentable,
and courteous manner.
- Strong awareness of and commitment to safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid HR Licence.
- Valid Forklift Licence.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the scrap metal or recycling industry.
