We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our high-performing team at Tip Top's Ermington site.

If you're a hands-on fitter who loves solving problems and keeping machines running, this is the role for you!

Job description:

- Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues
- Respond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, effective repairs
- Work with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Maintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairs
- Collaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing

Profile description:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Trade qualified Fitter/Machinist
- Safety-first mindset
- Experience in industrial maintenance (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
