Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping customers and providing solutions? We are seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants for a temporary work from home opportunity with a leading health insurance organisational provider.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide inbound customer service, assisting customers with health and travel insurance enquiries, including policy information, travel-related queries and medical screening. You’ll provide explicit and accurate guidance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer enquiries, delivering professional and exceptional service.
- Assist customers with health and travel insurance enquires, including coverage and policy requirements.
- Accurately navigate multiple systems while maintaining detailed customer records.
- Follow policies, procedures and compliance requirements while working collaboratively to resolve customer enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- RG146 Accreditation is essential.
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or contact centre environment.
- Insurance, health insurance or travel insurance experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and a genuine customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidence using multiple systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Technical Requirements
A successful applicant will be required to supply their own computer, including:
- Headset, keyboard and mouse.
- Reliable internet connection (Wired Ethernet connection preferred)
- Memory: 16GB RAM (or better)
- 128GB hard drive
