Programmed is currently recruiting for general labourers to assist our client in Tamworth. Our client is a leader in asphalt paving, pavement construction and maintenance providing asphalt products and materials for surfacing and maintenance of road networks.

About your new role:

- Monday to Friday, day work with potential to work weekends
- Work based around Tamworth areas however some projects may require travel and overnight stays which would incur overnight travel allowances
- Labouring duties
- Working outdoors in the elements
- Promoting a positive public image and interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner

What we are looking for:

- Hold a current drivers licence, HR licence or greater is highly adventageous
- Have own reliable traport to get to and from work
- Hold a white card
- Available to work Monday to Friday and potential weekends
- Willingness to travel for work and stay away overnight when required
- Team player with the ability to work well independently




- A robust commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional capacity evaluation and drug and alcohol screening
- Able to provide current and relevant work referees
