About your new role

- Develop and implement an engaging, play-based kindergarten program

- Observe, document and assess children's learning and development

- Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

- Support and mentor educators within the Kindergarten Rooms through your leadership and knowledge

- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, protected, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

- Bachelors in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

- Experience in an early childhood setting

- Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
