What you’ll be doing Initially, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader around the asphalt plant, including loading aggregates and maintaining stockpiles
As you develop,
you’ll be trained across the production side of the plant, working towards becoming an Asphalt Batcher responsible for coordinating and controlling asphalt production
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating a front-end loader, ideally in quarrying, asphalt, concrete, mining or a similar environment
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable work ethic and good attitude
- Mechanically minded and willing to learn
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery and production equipment
- Good communication and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous asphalt or batch plant experience is an advantage, but not essential
