We're growing across Sydney and looking for Trade Sales Specialists to join our stores in Alexandria, Roselands Commercial, and Dulwich Hill — plus other locations across the Sydney patch. What You'll Bring

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels — from those with solid retail sales experience ready to specialise, through to seasoned sales leaders looking for their next challenge.

Essential:

- Experience in sales, retail, or trade (any level considered)
- A confident, target-driven approach with the ability to work towards and achieve sales goals




- Comfortable working with tools and power tools, with a strong focus on safety standards
- Solid computer skills and confidence using sales/POS software
- Availability to work one weekend day per week

Highly Desirable:

- Previous team leadership or management experience within a sales or retail environment
- Existing trade or power tool product knowledge
- A genuine passion for helping tradies and DIY customers find the right solution

What You'll Be Doing

- Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
- Providing accurate advice on products, features, and services to customers
- Handling customer queries and complaints, and confidently offering solutions
- Contributing to merchandising and store presentation/displays
- Participating in ongoing training to build your product and sales expertise
