KintaCo Early Learning

Bayswater

Studio 64 Early Learning & KintaCo Early Learning

Due to the opening of a new centre, maternity leave and internal promotions, our growing early learning group is seeking two experienced and engaging Centre Managers to lead our established services.

Studio 64 and KintaCo are locally owned early learning brands (based in Bayswater, Lathlain and South Perth) built around strong relationships, high-quality education and care, and environments where children, families and educators genuinely feel they belong. Although each centre has its own identity, our leadership team works collaboratively across the group, sharing knowledge, ideas and support.

We are looking for two vibrant, capable leaders who bring warmth and personality to their role while maintaining an unwavering focus on child safety, quality and compliance. You will also understand what it takes to run a successful centre—from leading and retaining a strong team to managing occupancy, enquiries, rostering, budgets and the everyday operational demands of a busy service.

The Opportunities

While both positions require strong all-round Centre Manager capability, we are particularly interested in leaders with one of the following strengths:

Pedagogy and Practice Leader

Alongside managing your centre, you will bring a strong pedagogical background and help lead educational practice across the wider group.

You will be confident supporting Educational Leaders and educators to strengthen curriculum decision-making, critical reflection, documentation and meaningful learning experiences. You will understand how to translate the EYLF, National Quality Standard and current research into authentic everyday practice—not simply paperwork.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Centre Manager / Pedagogical leader who can inspire others,

challenge thinking constructively and build confidence across multiple teams.

Operational Excellence and Innovation Leader

Alongside successfully managing your own centre, you will bring a strong focus on operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively with our Operations Lead, you will look beyond day-to-day compliance to identify new ideas, smarter systems and practical improvements that make our centres more effective, sustainable and enjoyable places to work. You will be confident reviewing how things are done, recognising opportunities and turning ideas into processes that teams can genuinely use.

You will understand the important connection between educational quality, team capability, family experience and a well-performing service. Organised and financially astute, you will confidently manage staffing, rostering, occupancy, budgets, family enquiries and centre resources while maintaining a strong understanding of Quality Area 1.

As a natural communicator and engager, you will build trust, create momentum and bring people with you when implementing change. You will contribute ideas across the wider group while remaining closely connected to the educators, children, families and community within your own centre.

About You

For either opportunity, you will:

- Have previous experience successfully managing an early learning service.

- Place child safety at the centre of every decision.

- Have a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard and EYLF.

- Understand the connection between quality practice, strong teams, family confidence and a thriving centre.

- Be confident managing staffing, rostering, occupancy, budgets and compliance requirements.

- Communicate with warmth, clarity and professionalism.

- Be visible, approachable and actively involved in the life of the centre.

- Know how to set transparent expectations while maintaining a positive and supportive culture.

- Remain calm, solutions-focused and accountable when challenges arise.

- Bring energy, initiative and personality to your leadership.

- Hold an approved early childhood qualification and current mandatory clearances and certifications.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join an established, locally owned group at an exciting stage of growth. You will have the autonomy to lead your centre while being supported by an experienced senior leadership team and a collaborative network of Centre Managers, educational leaders and operational specialists.

Our growth is creating genuine opportunities for experienced leaders to contribute beyond a single service, influence group-wide practice and build a meaningful long-term career with us.

If you are a strong, vibrant leader who can bring together child safety, educational quality, team culture and confident centre management, we would love to hear from you. Looking for a possible November start date.

Please submit your résumé and a cover letter outlining your Centre Manager experience and whether your particular strength lies in pedagogical leadership or operational and engagement leadership.
