Job Description

How you’ll make a difference

- Lead the delivery and coordination of transport, highway infrastructure and civil projects including concept to detailed design and construction phase services..

- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination across civil, drainage, utilities, and transport engineering teams.

- Ensure project milestones, technical standards, and delivery timelines are achieved effectively.

- Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and guidance to project teams.

- Support strategic planning and delivery for cross business team needs including energy, water, defence and others.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in transport infrastructure, highways, civil, or utilities projects.

- Proven ability to lead technical delivery and manage complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, whilst adapting to the needs of clients and stakeholders.

- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and leadership capabilities, with an adaptive and collaborative approach, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills.

- Construction delivery knowledge and understanding.

- Knowledge of ITS design

- Advanced knowledge of engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, 12d, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D..
