Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Quality & Safety Partner (Information, Reviews & Compliance) to join our growing team on a full time (1.0EFT) ongoing basis.

The Quality & Safety Partner (Information, Reviews & Compliance) plays a key role in supporting clinical governance, patient safety and organisational compliance across Latrobe Regional Health. The position is responsible for coordinating information and documentation relating to clinical incident reviews, coronial matters and compliance activities, while supporting continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the role contributes to incident management, accreditation readiness, policy development and the implementation of quality and safety frameworks that support high‑quality, person‑centred care.

The role of the Quality & Safety Partner (Information, Reviews & Compliance) is to:

- Coordinate the provision of information and documentation relating to clinical incidents, coronial matters and organisational review processes.
- Support the management and analysis of incidents, including sentinel events and Serious Adverse Patient Safety Events (SAPSE), contributing to organisational learning and improvement.
- Facilitate compliance with quality, safety and accreditation requirements, including maintenance of evidence and monitoring against NSQHS Standards and other regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with Freedom of Information (FOI) processes through document identification, extraction and review of Quality & Innovation records.
- Provide advice on clinical risk management, support root cause analysis activities and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and improvement plans.
- Support policy and procedure development,



clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and organisational performance.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

- A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), current AHPRA registration and a minimum of four years' clinical experience.
- Experience in clinical risk management, quality improvement or advanced clinical practice environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and investigative skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, manage sensitive information and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
