24/7 Rotating Roster – must be available a minimum of 3-4 shifts a week including overnights & weekends

The Role

We're currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional bars operations teams across several of our venues including: Lumia, Atrium, Velvet, Jackpot, The Pub and our Nightclubs!

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, you’ll warmly welcome guests, create memorable experiences and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to elevated hospitality

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue, including preparing & delivering drinks to guests, maintaining clean and well-stocked service areas and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

- Deliver exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.





- Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S; policies and guidelines are followed.

About you
To be successful you’ll bring the following

- Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods

- Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)

- Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fast-paced bar, lounge or nightclub setting

- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels
