At Stratco, we're looking for a detail-oriented Patio Estimator who is passionate about helping customers create great outdoor living spaces.

This is more than just preparing quotes. It's about turning plans into solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring every project is backed by accurate estimating and outstanding customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, build strong customer relationships, and play an important role in delivering projects that enhance the lifestyle of our customers.

Responsibilities

- Reviewing residential patios projects to determine required materials within the Stratco product range
- Determining quantities of materials required
- Liaise with Stratco team members, suppliers and customers
- Prepare quotes, works orders and order requisitions
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance requirements
- Uphold our critical safety rules & contribute to a safe working environment

About you

- A positive, enthusiastic approach, committed to enhancing the customer experience
- Essential - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable – Experience in a similar or related role
- Desirable – Ability to read plans, generate BOMs, and create pricing proposals
- Desirable - Experience working with CAD design,



plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Analytical and numerically proficient
