Maxima's Recruitment team are on the hunt for experienced Labourers to join their client, a local council based in Thornlands. These positions will have you undertaking a broad range of construction and maintenance functions on water supply and sewerage reticulation systems within the local area.

Working a 9 day fortnight on a casual hourly pay of $36.29 + super.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with maintaining water and wastewater networks
- Deliver a range of highly skilled and specialist maintenance or construction activities including the
use and maintenance of other plant, tools and equipment as required under general supervision
- Correctly operate and maintain a broad range of plant, tools and equipment as required




- Follow Council Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental Protection requirements and to
pro-actively identify and report any potential or actual safety hazards/issues within the work
workplace

About You:

- Current C class driver's license
- White card
- Demonstrated practical experience in a broad range of water supply and sewerage reticulation, construction and maintenance activities
- Demonstrated ability and physical fitness to perform a range of strenuous labouring tasks for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to correctly operate a range of plant, tools and equipment used in construction and maintenance
