This function will be performed onshore from the Client Centre Sydney or Client Centre Melbourne offices. The role will operate across the full suite of Enterprise and Wholesale products and delivery activities, with an estimated effort of 90 hours split between the 3 resources per week.

The role will be empowered to make decisions related to:
- prioritisation of work orders across all workgroups,
- prioritisation of INC resolution,
- aligning/re-aligning dependent delivery workflows
- directing external and internal workgroups to take action

The Delivery Engagement Specialist (DES) will be responsible for maintaining a tracker of delivery support activities and outcomes, and for providing weekly reporting on completed and in-progress work (template provided in Scope and RACI.xls).

DES support requirements need to cover the standard BAU business hours of 7am-7pm. The Client proposes that the resources will operate as follows:
- Resource 1: 07:00 – 15:00 (Mon–Fri)
- Resource 2: 11:00 – 19:00 (Mon–Fri)
- Resource 3: 09:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Location:
These can operate from suitable Client office locations in either NSW or VIC.
- Client minimum requirement is that 2 rolls operate from NSW and work from Client campus.

- Client is open to 1 of the rolls being filled in VIC and operate from Client office.

All roles will be required to attend the office 5 days a week for the initial 3 months of the engagement.



Post this period Work From Home can be negotiated with the Client line manager based on a minimum of 3 days per week operating from the nominated Optus Office.

General
The Client will provide the successful candidates with a Client laptop and the relevant systems access as well as a dedicated desk with a Monitor, keyboard, mouse and work mobile phone.

The Client will from time to time review the scope of the role and performance and will provide minimum 4 week notice of changes to resource requirements.

The Client will advise resource requirements during formal stand down/reduced operation periods i.e. the annual Dec/Jan period.
