Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Australian architectural practice.
Past experience working on Class 1 & 2 (NCC) buildings is essential.
- Revit capability is essential. Ability to prepare both 2D documentation and 3D images.
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes and local town planning requirements for Class 1 & 2 buildings (NCC).
- A positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to prepare concise building documentation with minimal supervision.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the Director in providing architectural solutions for a variety of exciting projects.
- Prepare architectural documentation of the design at various stages of the project.
- Assist with the coordination of external consultants.
