We are a busy and well-established smash repairs workshop based in Wyong, NSW, and we’re looking to expand our team. We’re seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter, a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice, or a motivated Painter Labourer / Trade Assistant to join us.
About the Role:
You will assist with or be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets industry and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and priming, painting
- Buffing and finishing to a high-quality standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting tradesmen where required (for labourers/juniors)
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
About You:
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice, qualified spray painter OR motivated labourer keen to learn
- Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
- A genuine interest in the automotive repair industry
