No Name Lane 4215 is looking for an experienced and confident Head Barista / Supervisor to join our team.

We’re after someone who loves great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is comfortable taking the lead during service.

About the Role

- Lead and support the barista/FOH team during service

- Consistently produce high-quality coffee and specialty drinks

- Maintain coffee quality, presentation and service standards

- Assist with opening and closing procedures

- Help manage workflow and keep service running smoothly

- Support training and development of junior team members

- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service

- Work closely with management and the kitchen team

About You





- Strong barista experience in a busy café setting

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

- Confident with high-volume coffee service

- Reliable, organised and able to lead by example

- Great communication and customer service skills

- Available across weekdays and weekends

- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
