The Opportunity
O’Brien Boiler Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber/Welder to join our growing VIC service team.
This is a hands-on, field-based role working on industrial boilers, steam systems, combustion equipment and process heat systems across a wide range of industrial and commercial sites throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and repair of industrial boilers and steam systems
- Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics on plant and equipment
- Commissioning and start-up of industrial equipment
- Installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and associated components
- Servicing gas trains, burners and combustion equipment
- Supporting plant upgrades, shutdowns and efficiency improvements
- Maintaining strong client relationships while working on-site
- Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation
