Nexgen Crushing & Screening continues to grow, with new projects commencing across Western Australia. As a result, we're looking for an experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Supervisor to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, production and client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring mobile crushing and screening crews.
- Coordinating daily production activities to meet client requirements.
- Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory, company and client requirements.
- Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Managing site resources, contractors and operational priorities.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Completing operational reporting, planning and cost control activities.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can confidently lead by example and deliver results.
You'll ideally have:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience supervising mobile crushing, quarrying or mining operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading production crews.
- Strong knowledge of mobile crushing and screening equipment.
- Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Mobile plant tickets and/or relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded).
- Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound operational judgement.
- A genuine commitment to safety and team development.
- Current HR Australian Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete or provide:
- National Police Clearance.
- Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
- Drug & Alcohol Screening.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Working at Heights.
- Confined Spaces.
