About the Role

As our Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the number of patients who

choose Lion Rocker.

You'll work directly with the Director to develop and execute strategies that increase

awareness, strengthen referral relationships and improve patient acquisition across all

clinics.

You'll own growth outcomes—not vanity metrics.

You'll have the autonomy to recommend ideas, challenge assumptions, test new initiatives

and influence strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Growing new patient numbers across all clinics

• Developing and executing our growth strategy

• Managing Google Ads, SEO and digital marketing partners

• Improving website conversion and online enquiries





• Building referral relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals

• Coordinating educational campaigns and brand initiatives

• Identifying new growth opportunities and partnerships

• Monitoring marketing performance and return on investment

• Presenting recommendations and business cases to the leadership team

About You

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

• Think commercially rather than tactically

• Love solving business problems

• Use data to guide decisions

• Enjoy building systems from the ground up

• Like having ownership rather than waiting for instructions

• Are comfortable managing agencies and external suppliers

• Communicate confidently with healthcare professionals and business leaders

Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in healthcare, qualified

services, fitness, hospitality, retail, membership organisations or other customer-focused

industries.
