Dental Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist – Dental 359, Subiaco WA

Dental 359 is seeking an enthusiastic, caring and highly professional Dental Hygienist/OHT to join our team. About the Role

Working closely with Dr Thomas Munro and the wider dental team, you'll provide comprehensive preventive, periodontal and implant maintenance care to our patients, including:

- Hygiene, preventive dental care and periodontal therapy using EMS AIRFLOW® Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) where appropriate

- Tailored oral hygiene education and advice

- Professional cleaning and maintenance of dental implants and implant-supported restorations, including All-on-4® full-arch restorations - additional training related to implant components and hygiene

- Monitoring implants for plaque accumulation, inflammation, peri-implant disease or other concerns, and referring to the dentist when needed

- Assisting dentists with treatment planning

- Taking digital radiographs (intraoral and OPGs) and intraoral scans

- Maintaining accurate clinical records and excellent infection control/sterilisation standards

- Preparing clinical trays, maintaining instruments and surgeries, and completing changeovers

- Assisting with general practice duties, including occasional appointment scheduling and reception support

Experience with EMS AIRFLOW® technology, Guided Biofilm Therapy, implant maintenance and All-on-4® care is highly regarded.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist

- Genuine passion for preventive dental care and patient education

- Warm, friendly and confident communicator

- Solid clinical skills and high standards of patient care

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Professional, punctual and well-presented

- Committed to infection control, clinical hygiene and ongoing learning

- A genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships

Highly regarded (not essential):

- Experience with EMS AIRFLOW® GBT

- Implant maintenance and All-on-4® full-arch experience

- Periodontal therapy experience

- Digital radiography and intraoral scanning experience

- Previous experience in a high-standard private practice
