This is a sales-first leadership role. The primary measure of your success is studio growth.

You've always wanted to manage a bustling, high performing studio and the fitness industry is where you belong.

Primary focus: Intro Offer & Membership Sales

- Meeting every individual where they are at; and articulating how we can help them.

- Nurturing new clients and guiding them towards the membership that's right for them - through warmth and confidence, not pressure.

- Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue and membership targets.

Secondary focus: Studio operations

- Day-to-day studio leadership and team culture

- Supporting and mentoring your instructor team alongside our head coach

- Maintaining the premium member experience STRONG is known for

- Teaching a small number of classes once qualified (see below)

Note: Repetitive admin and rostering have been outsourced. Your time is protected for the work that grows the studio.

Become a qualified STRONG instructor

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete the STRONG instructor training academy to allow them to take a small number of classes alongside the management role.
