Paradise Pizzeria Ristorante is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef to become part of our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about creating exceptional dishes and excelling in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications & experience
- At least hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Develop Menu and implement seasonal specials.
- Plan, prep, and cook dishes to the highest standards.
- Lead and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor food preparation to guarantee quality and consistency.
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work setting.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.
- Manage kitchen scheduling and staff allocation.
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure timely dish delivery.
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and maintenance.
