About the Role

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Best Life Disability Services PTY LTD .

In this vital role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with a disability, helping them live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their communities. This casual position may include passive overnight supports across the North, West, and Eastern suburbs of Adelaide.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation

- Providing passive overnight support as required

- Supporting clients experiencing mental health challenges or crisis situations

- Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their needs are met

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in clients' conditions or behaviours

- Following all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)

- Candidates currently studying Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) will be considered for this position

- Experience supporting people with a disability, including mental health needs





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships

- Ability to maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating compassion and patience

- Willingness to work passive overnight shifts

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

- Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- NDIS worker screening check is required before commencing employment
