Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) is the owner, developer and manager of the Osborne Naval Shipyards, supporting the Commonwealth’s Naval Shipbuilding Plan. ANI is responsible designing, constructing and managing the shipyard infrastructure, including the recent Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard to support the AUKUS program, and operating and maintaining common use facilities.
ANI plays a pivotal role in delivering Australia’s naval shipbuilding capability, contributing to one of the nation’s most significant and complex infrastructure programs. Based in Adelaide, our work underpins the future of naval shipbuilding through world-class infrastructure at Osborne.
ANI has an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Support professional to join its Technology & Cybersecurity function. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, you will provide technology support across Microsoft 365, end-user devices, workplace technologies, identity and access, and ServiceNow. This role offers broad technical exposure and a strong development pathway across modern workplace, cloud services and infrastructure operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across devices, applications, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, access requests and device provisioning
- Configure, deploy and maintain end-user devices while supporting asset lifecycle management
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance,
knowledge management and continuous service improvement
About You:
You will be a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people get the most from their workplace technology. You will bring a practical troubleshooting approach, clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a professional service environment.
You will also have:
- Level 1 and/or Level 2 technology support capability within a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Windows devices and Microsoft 365 services
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and ticketing platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune or regulated technology environments will be highly regarded
