Spa Receptionist – Unley & Semaphore

Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Permanent Position

We’re seeking a vibrant, organised, and caring Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with administrative coordination in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and hosting clients with warmth and professionalism

- Managing bookings via phone, online, and in-person

- Gift voucher and retail product sales

- Hosting and coordinating group bookings

- Providing front desk and general administrative support

- Working closely with our spa team to ensure seamless client experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has experience in customer service, spa, salon, or hospitality (front desk experience highly regarded)

- Communicates clearly and confidently

- Is organised, calm under pressure, and great at multitasking

- Is tech-savvy (Timely experience is a bonus)

- Has full working rights in Australia

- Presents and speaks professionally
