We are currently seeking experienced Civil All Round Operators and Trades Assistants (TA's) to join a major renewable energy project for a Tier 1 Mining Company . This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the construction of a large-scale solar installation in a FIFO environment with excellent camp conditions and competitive rates.

Civil All Round Operators
Responsibilities
- Operating excavators and various small civil plant
- Trenching, backfilling, and earthworks
- Solar farm infrastructure and foundation works
- Cable corridor construction
- Plant pre-starts and routine maintenance inspections
- Working safely and efficiently to project requirements
Required Experience
- Proven experience operating:
- Excavators
- Skid Steers / Bobcats
- Rollers
- Water Carts
- Other small civil and earthmoving equipment
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Trades Assistants (TA's)
Responsibilities
- Assisting civil and construction crews on site
- General labouring and site preparation
- Manual handling and installation support
- Tool management and housekeeping duties
- Assisting operators and supervisors as required
- Following site safety procedures and project standards
Required Experience
- Previous experience in construction, mining, civil, solar, or industrial projects preferred
- Current White Card
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Mandatory Requirements (All Applicants)
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to meet all site access requirements
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
Desirable
- VOCs or nationally recognised plant tickets
- Previous FIFO experience
- Experience on mining, civil, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Telehandler, Loader, Roller, or other mobile plant tickets
