The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Representing the Think Renewable brand in the field across Perth

- Engaging with homeowners and starting genuine conversations

- Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities

- Booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists

- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience while building trust

What We Offer

Competitive Earnings
$33–$36 per hour base rate

- Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

- Realistic On-Target Earnings of $1,500–$2,500+ per week
