We're looking for a passionate and experienced Diabetes Educator to join our practice in southern Adelaide.
In this role, you'll provide evidence-based diabetes education, empower people to self-manage their condition, and work collaboratively with our GPs to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

- Credentialled Diabetes Educator
- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
