YOUR ROLE

As our Lead Investigator & Customer Service Hero , you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring homeowners complete our lead process while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Contacting homeowners who haven’t completed their application and gathering missing details.

- Answering homeowner questions with the help of our AI agent, Alan.

- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and Zendesk.

- Identifying and handling incomplete leads—verifying details, sorting spam, and escalating as

- needed.

- Collaborating with our IT team to improve processes.

- Confidently using multiple CRM systems (Lead Manager, Zendesk, BaseCamp).
