About the Role:
This is a fantastic prospect for someone with trade experience that is keen to start their career as a supervisor. You’ll be supported to learn and succeed in managing any size building projects across a wide variety of sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee building repair and rectification works
- Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently
- Engage and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Conduct site inspections, prepare scopes, and ensure work is completed to standard
- Maintain clear communication with strata managers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company procedures
- Handle documentation including site reports, variations, and project updates
Who We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
- Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background (highly regarded)
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the company
- Current driver’s licence and white card (mandatory)
