$110,000–$140,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle (depending on experience)

For more than 30 years, Freshwater Systems has designed, installed and maintained water treatment solutions across healthcare, mining, commercial, food & beverage and industrial sectors throughout Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Water Treatment Service Technician who enjoys solving technical problems, building long-term client relationships and taking ownership of their work.

This isn't just another service role.

You'll become the trusted technical expert for our WA customers, working on everything from preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns to commissioning new systems and supporting future growth across the region.

The Role

Approximately 70% field service and 30% technical customer support and relationship management , including:

- Servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial and industrial water treatment equipment

- Commissioning new water treatment systems

- Diagnosing faults and providing technical solutions

- Water quality testing and chemical dosing adjustments

- Working with reverse osmosis, UV, filtration, softeners, demineralisation and dosing systems

- Preparing accurate service documentation

- Supporting existing customers with technical advice

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer systems and performance

- Working closely with our national technical team

About You





We're looking for someone who already understands the water treatment industry.

Ideally you'll have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial or industrial water treatment

- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Experience with RO, UF, filtration, ion exchange, UV and chemical dosing systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Computer literacy

- Current COVID and Flu vaccinations (preferred for healthcare sites)

Trade qualifications in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or instrumentation are highly regarded.
