The Opportunity:

This hands-on, site-based role puts you at the centre of daily operations, supporting leaders and crews by keeping systems, reporting, and administration running seamlessly.

You’ll manage travel and accommodation, onboarding, data entry, reporting, and general site administration, working closely with site leadership, HR, payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in a site administration or similar role within mining, construction, or heavy industry
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with multiple systems, reporting, and documentation
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing priorities




- Must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
