BLC Coatings is a leading commercial painting company specialising in high-end retail fitouts and specialist finishes . We work with some of Australia’s biggest retail brands, delivering projects across Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland, New South Wales, and now expanding into Western Australia .
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking painter who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career with a growing national company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial painting on premium retail fitouts
- Applying specialist decorative finishes and coatings
- Working on projects throughout Western Australia, with occasional interstate opportunities
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Representing our company professionally on site
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified painter or experienced commercial painter
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Solid eye for detail and quality
- Able to work independently and within a team
- White Card and driver’s licence essential
- EWP, Working at Heights, and other tickets are an advantage (but not essential)
- Ideal for someone already running their own painting business or working independently.
As we’re continuing to grow our client base in Western Australia, work will initially be available on a periodic basis before becoming more consistent. If you already have your own clients or existing work, this is the perfect opportunity to fill the gaps while building a long-term relationship with a growing national company. Our goal is to provide ongoing, consistent work as we continue to expand in WA.
