We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to support the continued growth of our South Australian operations.

This role combines hands-on field work with team leadership responsibilities and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

As Genera expands its vessel and bunker fumigation operations throughout Western Australia, we are also recruiting experienced operational leaders who can help establish and grow our presence in key regional and port locations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering fumigation and biosecurity services across a variety of agricultural commodities

- Supporting vessel, bunker, stack and storage fumigation operations

- Leading and mentoring team members

- Planning and coordinating daily work activities





- Managing equipment and operational logistics

- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements

- Building strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders

- Supporting Genera's continued growth throughout Australia

What We're Looking For

- Agricultural, operational or technical experience

- Strong leadership potential and communication skills

- A practical, hands-on approach to work

- Commitment to safety and professionalism

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel when required

- Current driver's licence
