ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, sales-savvy Travel Specialist who thrives on connecting clients with unforgettable Australian experiences. With a model that genuinely rewards performance, the only limit is your ambition.

Office based. No face-to-face consulting. Just you, the phone and email, and a passion for all things domestic travel.

ABOUT YOU

You're a people person with a love of travel and a talent for sales. You get a buzz from helping clients plan something special, and you know how to ask for the business. You're proactive, resilient and bring energy to everything you do.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Previous travel sales experience (domestic travel knowledge a big plus)

- Strong verbal communication and a warm, confident phone manner





- Natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Proactive sales mindset - you know how to close while keeping the client front and centre

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

- Exceptional time management, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

- Quick to adapt to new systems and processes

- Knowledge of Tramada is an advantage - but not essential

- Committed to delivering five-star customer service, every time
