About the Role
NUCREW is recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters for ongoing maintenance and project works across lithium and alumina operations in Southwest WA . This role will see you carrying out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on a range of fixed plant equipment, ensuring safe, reliable and productive operation while working within a collaborative, safety-first team.

Requirements:

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
- CSE (Confined Space Entry), WAH (Work at Heights), and EWP Tickets (Essential)
- Fixed Plant & Refinery Maintenance Experience (Mandatory)
- Rigging & Forklift Tickets (Beneficial)
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening





What’s on Offer

- $75.48/hr (DS) | $84.00/hr (NS) + Super paid on all hours worked
- Weekly pay
- Multiple Roster options: Sportsman (12hrs, DS/NS), Long Sportsman (12hrs, DS only)
- Temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidates
- DIDO opportunities for local Southwest WA candidates with transport provided from Bunbury
