Terra Drilling is on the lookout for experienced Diamond Drillers to join our growing team for an 2026 start . We offer high-quality drilling projects across the WA Goldfields, Pilbara, and Yilgarn , and we’re committed to providing a safe, professional, and rewarding work environment .

We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience on the levers as a Surface Diamond Driller

- Hold a valid HR Licence (or be close to obtaining one)





- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

- National Police Clearance (within last 3 months)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; screening

- Cert III in Drilling Operations is essential (Cert IV preferred)

- Robust mechanical aptitude , problem-solving ability, and initiative

- Comfortable working in remote exploration environments on day/night shift rosters

- A solid communicator and team player who thrives in small crews
