All Spec Construction is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join the Perth team in a full time role.

Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience as a Carpenter.

Duties may include:

- Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials before assembling and securing components
- Reviewing plans and specifications to identify materials, measurements, and installation requirements
- Sourcing and preparing timber and materials, ensuring accurate layouts before construction
- Constructing frameworks,



roofing, subfloors, and flooring, ensuring all work is precise
- Creating strong and accurate wood joints to support durable construction
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to build high-quality components and structures
- Joining and assembling timber fittings and structures ready for installation

A salary between $78,000 - $100,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
