Location: Perth WA
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements
- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
- Assess and process progress claims and variations
- Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting
- Ensure contractual compliance across all project activities
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Assist with project reporting and financial management
- Support the delivery team to achieve programme, quality and commercial objectives

What You'll Bring:

- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills




- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
