We're looking for someone who can handle physical outdoor work in all conditions, shows up reliably, and takes direction well. A valid driver's licence is required to travel between sites. Experience in landscaping, nursery work, or horticulture is a bonus, but a team-first attitude and willingness to get the job done matters more.
