C.E.M. Alliance is currently recruiting experienced Excavator (and Shovel) Operators, Dozer All Round Operators and All Round Operators for ongoing FIFO mining roles across major open pit operations throughout the Goldfields, Pilbara and Murchison regions of WA.
These are long-term opportunities on projects expected to run for 4–7 years , offering excellent rates, consistent rosters and ongoing career stability.

- FIFO from Perth only
- 12-hour paid shifts
- Weekly pay cycle

- Loaders (up to CAT 994, Komatsu WA1200)
- Graders (up to CAT 16M)
- Dump Trucks (CAT 785, 793, Komatsu 785, 830E, Terex 4400)
- Water Carts and other production mining equipment as required
Requirements
- Minimum 24 months open pit production mining experience
- Proven production operating experience in relevant equipment
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current Australian working rights
- National Police Clearance
- Perth point of hire only
