About The Role
At dnata catering & retail, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close‑knit team in Broadbeach and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values precision, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. In this role you will:
Process end‑to‑end weekly and fortnightly payrolls nationallyConduct payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance checksManage onboarding and employee data across multiple systemsInterpret awards and agreements and apply pay changes accuratelyProcess superannuation, leave accruals and payroll adjustmentsSupport Labour Hire payroll processing across AustraliaRespond to payroll queries professionally and efficientlyIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy
About You
Ideally 2+ years’ payroll experienceStrong understanding of payroll legislation including: superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leaveStrong experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation High attention to detail and pride in accuracyStrong Excel and systems capability (experience with Rockfast highly regarded)Ability to manage deadlines in a rapid-paced environmentProactive mindset with strong communication skillsIntegrity, discretion and respect for confidentialityA positive, team-first attitude and strong cultural fit - this is a close-knit team that values collaboration, reliability and supporting one another during busy periods
