About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will be trained and working across a range of duties involved in packing high‑quality flour and grain products.

You will play a key role in maintaining efficient packing operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring packing equipment

- Packing and preparing finished product for dispatch

- Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks





- Checking product quality and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- Working as part of a supportive production team

About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable and eager to learn. Must be willing to work in a shift-based production setting, including afternoon and/or night shifts.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in manufacturing, food processing or similar environment (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Are reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

- Are comfortable with physical work

- A current forklift license

- Ability to work independently when required
